Double charges is unacceptable

My wife bought a smartphone end on sept. The last two to three months you change the dates to deduct the monthly installments from the 31st to the 20th, which is unacceptable.i dont know if its just a ploy to make extra money through charges or what. you even deduct double installments for these months which was never discussed with her. this is totally unacceptable.
