Firstly I would like to say that FNB'S Internet service is so user unfriendly. It's supposed to make life easier but instead it frustrates the out of people. Secondly, they deduct money from our accounts up until a week after a purchase was made. Now if you don't have any money in your account and they deduct more money for purchases made, they have the oddasity to send sms's saying that you should deposit money into your account. Why do they reserve money for purchases when you make a purchase if they are going to deduct it anyway afterwards. Reserving is pointless then. Why cant they deduct the money immediately? Thirdly, they refuse to move any debit order dates, even if it looks bad on your records, they just don't give a and come up with lame excuses that it will not effect your credit record. According to me as a debt collector if your statement says "Unsuccessful transaction" it means that the transaction didn't go through the first time and according to me it looks bad. I am very unhappy with their service and the way they do things and believe me I am not the first. I would gladly just move to a better bank to avoid stressful situations like this.
