It have been the worst 3 entire weeks of my life, I submitted a claim.
At this stage I have still not received feedback pertaining to the finalization of my claim. I have signed consent forms so that they can access whatsoever details and info that they required BUT to my surprise I'm still awaiting feedback 3 LONG weeks later.
One would imagine that after an tragic and traumatic accident. All I'm just asking is that I receive clarity and understanding regarding this process and not Sloppy information that they are still trying to gather to configure from Nowhere. As he cannot even provide me with an estimate of the Turnaround Time .
To this day can someone turn my experience into something else, or prove that Treating Customers Fairly does still exists?????
This could only mean that I'm not worthy as a client and that my claim is put at the bottom of the pile and is not a priority.
Well with all of this said, I have taken the liberty to write, address my concerns and disappointment with this insurance.
I would not even recommend it to my Worst Enemy
