External. Atm withdrawal dispute

I went into the Capitec branch in Protea Glen Mall after i have withdrawn R500.00 cash which was never processed, yet on my cellphone it reported as sucessfully withdrawn. The withdrawal was done at standard bank Atm at the very same mall. Having noticed this error i immediately went inside Standard bank to alert them of this error, they then reffered me to Capitec, first of all the service there is pathetic. They treat each case in the same manner irrespective of it's merit-I was dissapointed when i was told that the investigation will take at least maximum of 30 days, i wanted to probe this matter further as the procedural used was not fair at all, i then requested to speak to a senior manager, who was not so helpful at all, she referred me to the customer complain call centre if i wanted to raise this issue further. She didn't care about me as she left while i was talking to her. She totally do not have any managerial skills nor any soft skills to probe with her customers. I left dissapointed and confused, she didn't care at all however Gugu Dlamini (consultant) was trying to assist and i'm so grateful bcos she was listening to my frustration, Tshego Maakwe shud resign. I need help
