I have placed an online order to purchase a device via FNB! Now that I'm trying to trace my approval, all staff I had been in contact with for over 2hours now keeps on passing the bug to diferent call centre staff and I'm pushed from pillar to post REALLY!!!
If this is the way our financial industry is going then LORD help all of us... we are supposed to be a leading Country? What example is set when we lead this type of services???
I want this clarified today please...
