Being Billed for a Smart Device I do NOT have

Hi,

I have been a FNB customer for 12yrs, cud b longer. In November 2012 I order a Smart Device (Iphone 4S), only about 3 months ago i picked up since December I have been billed for two or even some months 3 Smartdevices. I have been in contact with FNB for the last three months non stop. I have been pushed from pillar to post. I have been assured that the problem have been fixed. Guess what FNB i was again billed twice this morning (13 June 2013).

Forgive me if my comments are a bit offensive, but FNB you are so focussed on being the best bank with your stupid Steve ads, that you completely lost the plot on how to serve your customers. You have no clue what customer services is. My frustrations has reached boilling point. I have been pushed from one premier banker to the next. I have been mailling, phone, etc. Still I get promised the problem has been resolved and still every month i get billed 2 or 3 times. Well guess what FNB, as from now i am never paying the stupid phone again. So please come and collect your phone.

So your slogan of "How can we help you", should actually b "How can we fail you". Goodbye FNB it is time to move to someone who will actually help me.
