Unauthorised debit orde

FNB has processed a debit order from Personalised Systems and Services of R399 without my authorisation - I'm being pushed from pillar to post and no-one seems to be able to assist me. I've been given the number of personalised systems and services - it keeps disconnecting and FNB just tells me to sort it out with them. Freaking useless
