Quick to take premuims & slow to sort out claim

Pity one cannot get away without a Buildings Protector Policy. The bad reputation insurance companies have will remain still. My relationship with Ooba Insurance started in May 2013 when our bond got approved. All was well until the December heavy rains, when we noticed water leaks in both our main suite walk-in closet and lounge ceilings. I reported the matter with Ooba & was given Tshepo Kekane (TK) as a contact handling my claim. TK called to inform us that JJJB Construction was appointed for our claim, who later called to make an appointment to assess the damage. They came twice during the December period & not once did they go up to the ceiling to check what the problem is. Instead they wrote a report stating the problem was a geyser burst, just because on the day they came we had a problem with the geyser's pressure control valve which caused the water to spill to the outside A month later, we are still waiting & while in waiting, the roof, walls, ceilings, furniture & new laminated continue to get damaged further. I've called TK numerous time making a follow-up and his phone remains engaged and on one is calling me with an update on the approval/decline
