Wish I never changed to Iwyze

About 8 months ago I moved my house and car insurance to Iwyze seeing that they are part of the Old Mutual group I thought that it would be a good move.

It me about 3 months, numerous phone calls and e-mails just to get my correct details on the policy. I even highlighted the mistakes on the document circled it and corrected it in red and send it back to them requesting that it should be fixed. After all that it still took 5 documents corrections, emails and calls to fix.

I put in a claim 4 times with Iwyze, over the past month, to date I have had no feedback from them with regards to this. No e-mail, no phone call nothing. I pay an amount of -R750 a month for this service!

Please do not ever insure with iwyze as it is the worst service ever!!! Waiting for the new year to look for a new insurance, can't wait!
