I applied online for a quote from 1 life, in less than 2 minutes I received a call from Simphiwe who was just more than happy to assist in completing my application. Being a receptionist I had to attend to clients & calls while I was on the call to him & he very patiently waited for me to attend to the clients before he proceeded with his questions. He conducted himself in a very professional manner & I am glad to have received a call from him and he made my day much better with his wonderful & kind personality.
