Capitec Refusing to update my I.T.C profile

I closed my account with the bank (Multi Loan) but its still reflecting at my I.T.C profile at all the known bodies (XDS, Transunion, Experian and Compuscan) and says that I am in arrears with an amount of R2600.00.

Now after I settled the Multi Loan, I asked for a paid up letter which stated that you will send an Update at this bodies to be done, I called today and spoke to a lady by the name of Barbara who refused to give me her full names and surname and seriously needs Customer Service training (Attitude Problem) who said I have to wait yet another 21 days because the company does updates in batches, which makes me wonder why was my update not done with the so called 'batches' last time.

Which makes me think that I am a number and not a valued client, I demand a immediate update and for my savings accounts closed
