In March ABSA sent a letter to my former address telling me that I'm overdrawn on my credit card (I discovered this today). After an hour on the phone being shuttled from department to department (ABSA's internet banking appears to be down), I was finally told that I've never been overdrawn and this is "just an error". No explanation was given; I can log a complaint but apparently no one will get back to me to explain. Last week it was unexplained direct debits. I've lost all confidence in this bank and will be transferring to another bank ASAP.
