I am very disappointed in African Banks carelessness!
Please advise who authorised you to debit me on the Friday the 13th of December when you were supposed to debit me on Saturday the 14th of December. I called your call centre during the week to query this and your agent assured me that everything will be fine and I will not occur any charges what's so ever. I have occurred return debit charges amounting to R915.00
You again debited me Early on Friday the 22nd of November instead of our contractually agreed 23rd of November, when I get paid. Again I have occurred return debit charges amounting to R915.00. This has affected my rating with ABSA, this is not ABSA's fault it is your fault. Please rectify this and credit my account accordingly.
Please train your call centre staff adequately so they don't mislead others in future.
