Who authorised you to change the debit order date for my accounts to tomorrow the 13th? Not me.
So, my company is only transferring my salary tomorrow, it will only reflect in my account on Saturday which means you are going to cause me to have a bounced debit, incur fees AND put a black mark on my ABSA account. Do not try tell me that it is ABSA's fault or that you can get the returned debit record removed from my account because based on history, you will not.
I will be sending you a bill for R208-00 which is what ABSA will charge me tomorrow. Your debit does not sit and wait for money, it will try to go through tomorrow and WILL BOUNCE.
