"African Bank: Credit that works for you"... Seriously?

Nothing could be further from the truth, apart from exorbitant interest rates the incompetence of the call centre staff is mind blowing. After repeatedly begging and pleading for my debit orders to run on the 26th of every month, my account is still being debited at random... I am literally at my wits end.
As a result of their incompetence, my bank put a hold on my account for 15 unpaid debit orders in 8 months - as a result of incorrect debit orders from African bank.
Therefore, all my debit orders where rejected today AGAIN because of the hold. What sort of an establishment are they? Every month I have to pay over R100 extra bank charges for African Banks absolute incompetence.

You wonder why people are rude the call centre staff?? Its because they frustrate you to the point of using exceptionally colourful language that no respectable person should ever use.
