Incorrect Debit Days, Penaltess incurred

Good Morning,

I am very disappointed in Cash converters (Pay Day Advance) carelessness!

Please advise who authorised you to debit me on the Friday the 13 of December when you were supposed to debit me on Saturday the 14th of December. I have occurred return debit charges amounting to R152.50

You again debited me Early on Friday the 22nd of November instead of our contractually agreed 23rd of November, when I get paid. Again I have occurred return debit charges amounting to R152.50. This has affected my rating with ABSA. Please rectify this and credit my account accordingly.
