No response on insurance claim

On 18/11 I logged a claim online for a skylight that was damaged by a bad hailstorm is leaking badly.after not receiving any reponse 3 days later i called Absa insurance.they told me the claim was received but not logged (which makes the internet pointless) so it was thenl logged by the call centre agent. An assessor was assigned 5 days later.it took another few days for him to come out cos of high volumes of claims.since then I have not heard anything about the claim.i have called countless times & had to hold for a minimum of 10mins;sometimes even 25 mins.there has been numerous heavy storms & the leak on the skylight has gotten worse. I contacted the assessor;he sed he is also trying to get a hold of Absa.service is pathetic & sooni may have a flooded house!
