I have a loan with fnb and my debit was deducted early in the month just because money be was deducted put into my account. I called fnb Friday 23th Dec, Tuesday 17th Dec well as Wednesday 18th Dec. I was told on Friday already that my money would be refunded as it was taken without my permission and i have a signed contract that states when my deduction should come off. It s festive season and i have already planned to use that money now i have to wait almost a week to get it back. I am not waiting a day longer and i am sick of having to call. They are quick to take action if it's the other way around.
