Difference between >65% and

I have a concern on how pay-out amount was calculated.

Legally my car qualifies to be fixed by miway and its reputable panelbeater as the current written Quotation stipulates states that, fixing my car will cost
R24464.72 which in my opinion is 64% of the Retail value and not 65% upwards. 1% can make a lot of difference in the way car has been labelled.

Now since miway trust the opinion of the Assessor who says even if miway fixes my car there might "speculations" be extra hidden damages once the car is stripped.
Which could turn to be untrue, this might not be the true reflection as the damages are only hail damages "visible damages" and not collision damages.

I will personally believe that since no one wants to take responsibility in repairing my vehicle then as the owner I will. Miway should pay out the monies
stipulated in the quotation less access and remove the write-off term next to my vehicle base on the 64/65% principles
