First David who is handling my claim never gets in touch, if i email or call he is unreachable everytime and never responds to my emails.
Now they tell me to take pictures of the damage i do that and take the car to the panel beaters, there they inform the insurance company of further damages that are not exactly visible on the pictures there are now saying they cant cover that because its part of old damages which i dont know of.

Now i ask which damages because there are right where the impact was. Now i wonder what they mean MIWAY it seems its THEIR WAY OR NO WAY AT ALL. This is frustrating and angering and i cant recomment anyone to this insurance
