Poor service

On the 21st September mi way client - Imtiaaz ravat - bumped into my car. I report was lodged that the police station. on following up with the miway client - he said that miway will be in contact with me for the necessary documentation. No calls were received so I followed up with Imtiaaz Ravat and he said that miway said that they were in contact with me, which was not true. I contacted miway and was telephonically advised as to what documents they need.
This was faxed to them on the 11 Oct. Miway assessor had inspected the car on the 22 Oct and Miway sent me an email advising that since I was NOT available for the assessment, I need to send them photos of the damages to the car... I Immediately responded to advise that that is IMPOSSIBLE as I had spoken to the assessor & he had forwarded his assessment to miway.
I again followed up with miway - telephonically at first & was cut off after 10 minutues of holding on! I emailed Lindie & she advised that she had drafted a settlement offer & send it to management for authorisation... this was on the 1 November.
I have emailed lindie on the 6th & 11th Nov & today for feedback - no reply to my emials.
Urgent resolution please
