A waste management truck reversed into me at a stop, he did not have brake lights and reverse lights, and damaged the bonnet and grill for my golf 5. i took him to the Zonkizizwe police station and got a case number (AR13/02/2013). MiWay as my insurance company, should claim for the damages to my car on my behalf, instead they tell me that I have to pay the R3000 access irrespective of who is wrong. one other thing they said, is that they can give me a letter that i can submit to the trucks' insurance company, myself, so they can pay for the damages, but still have to pay they R3000 access. This is, MiWay should claim for my cars' damages on my behalf and I don't need to pay anything.
Please help.
