Standard Bank consultant refused to upgrad my card

On the 22 of June (Saturday) 2013 i went to Standard Bank Woodmead to upgrade my mzansi account card into normal savings account. Samantha Moshe - standard bank consultant told me that she cant updrage my card because of the que at the bank. I waited for about 1hour 30 minutes.
