Dishonest call centre agent/consultant

One thing I hate is being to and that is what happened, I was to by Standard Bank. One of the consultants (call centre) to me with regards to that UCount reward system and said that my account will be debited with X amount of money but I was debited double that amount. Honestly, I'm not happy and once again very disappointed by Standard Bank. I think it's about time I change banks, maybe FNB, I'm sure they are better at telling the truth to their customers than Standard Bank.
