I loaded a debit order request in December, but it was not done. i was shocked when i wanted to upgrade and was told that my account is in arrears. It was done not sure what happened then, my account has been suspended and was told to pay almost R3000. i don't understand because they were suppose to debit my account every month. I have never received any notification that my account is in arrears and haven't received a statement since last year October or November. Should I have received my statement I would have been aware that I'm in arrears. I don't check my statement every month.
