I cancelled this diabolical health insurance almost a year ago due to the incompetence and unwillingness to pay for claims. Even after cancelling, they continued to deduct the premium from my bank account for 2 months. Now 9 months later (after confirming they had cancelled my policy) they deducted a considerable amount of money from my account, saying I had used money on my OneCard without authorisation??? Firstly how can they still have access to my bank account? And secondly how can I have spent money on my OneCard if they hadn't put it there in the first place?

I seriously cannot understand how this corrupted and incompetent operation is allowed to continue the public.
