INSURED PASSENGER - GETS NOTHING FROM INSURANCE

Like any passenger when u fly u take your insurance. Well in this case the insured person got nothing from the above insurance company. I the daughter of the Insured person ran and ran with paper work, from doctors to hospital from travel agent to agent, for what???
Nothing just nothing at all. I got no response from the AIG, NO HELP, ASSISTANCE. NO FEEDBACK. All was said to me was, we require more documents from Dubai. We flew to Dubai -transit and then India, my mum fell ill in Dubai and she was admitted to Dubai hospital. We spent 3 nights in Dubai International Airport while my mum was treated in Dubai Hospital. After 3 days my mum Shanti returned to South Africa and We proceeded to India for spiritual reasons. The only Documents Dubai Hospital gave us, I forwarded that to Aig Insurance, and they still wanted more documents... WHAT MORE DOCUMENTS??? what the hospital gave me i brought back to SA. I have no access to scanners and faxes and my mum is a widow. I did my best to scan almost 30 pages of information to AIG. This incident happend in January 2013 and now it is December 2013... still no help, assistance or feedback from a very loyal company called AIG LIFE... HA
