Incorrect info given on acc/No answer when calling

After calling RCS to enquire about how much my installment would be at the end of the month. The lady who attended to me mentioned that if i put a portion of my amount owing on my straight acc over to budget facility
then it would bring my installment down to just over R500 as apposed to R945. What she didnt mention was
that after doing so i would not be able to use the available balance on my card untill the amount owing was paid in full. Luckily after paying R550 as i thought this was - R40 over my instalment RCS called me to let me know i was in arrears by R1335. I asked the lady attending to me how this was possible as i spoke to a lady a few weeks before and sorted it out. The lady replied that there was NO notes on the acc and that my monthly installment is R945 and if i had to have moved balance owing over to budget facility that i would not be able to use my card untill its paid in full. NOt wanting to get a bad credit record i paid the R1335 but feel that the service i got was terrible for the simple reason that the person i first spoke to had no idea what she was talking about clearly. I also tried calling their contact centre number 0861 SAY RCS (729 727) no answe
