Credit card budget wrong

On the 12th of Nov 2013 I used internet banking to transfer R5000 from budget to straight. The amount showed on the budget and reflected on the straight but it never became available to use. My wife phone absa and they said you cannot use internet banking to transfer monies from budget to straight. On the the 9th of Dec 2013 absa deducted an payment amount of R875.14 for this budget. How the can absa deduct a payment for monies that was never available. On the 6th of Jan 2014 my wife went into N1 city absa branch to clear all budgets and looks like they this up as well. budget is cleared but monies was never deducted from straight to clear budget. Absa must remove the budget for R5000 and refund the R875.14 installment. On the 7th of Jan 2014 I went to Adrian Matthews at Santyger absa branch and he said he will look into the matter and get back to me before 15:30. 14:30 I got a call from one of the consultants which he asked to look into the matter. The guys was not even sure exactly what the problems is. I tried to reason with a lady from the credit card department but she was useless in understanding my problem. This is so typical from absa not to help.
