My vehicle was hijacked on the 27 Oct 2013. The police managed to recover the vehicle and it was stored at their premises for almost two weeks before Regent insurance collected the vehicle for inspection of damage. The 'purposely inspection' was suppose to happen straight afterwards after continious calls from my side, where most of the messages i left wasnt replied to. Only in the beginning of Dec a guy called Lionel who was assigned as the accessor contacted me to make arrangements to meet him to inspect my vehicle at a place in JHB, which also never happend cause they had a xmas party to attend! Then another accessor named Sash called to appologise and stating he will be taking over from Lionel and will call me to make arrangements to go inspect the vehicle. A week after that I was still waiting for his call when I eventually phoned Kagiso at Regent again to find out whats happening. He got hold of Sash who then said to meet him at Agape Auto Spray at 3:00 the friday 6 Dec 2013. I got there on time and waited over an hour, only to hear that he wont be able to come and one of the guys there will assist. Sent through a list on the 9 Dec to Kagiso, and havent heard anything since.
