In my opion, insurance companies are normally required at a time of real need or emergency, and so should provide the best service at the fastest possible time. My vehicle has been waiting for a whole week with very little or no feedback from Regent or its service providers. I have requested for vehicle hire and had absolutely no response. The customner care line just transfers you from one person to another and nobody seems to be able or willing to help.
I will not recommend Regent to anyone.
