I am having a black christmas becuase of aunauthoruised debits in my account. went to the bank and again was told that these debit orders cannot be reversed. How is that possible when I';ve put my trust and money into your care? almost 4/5 of my salary is now gone and I need that money for my kids. I'm supposed to travel to be with my family this weekend and I need my money back. The number you gave me for the Masimane Financila Services -0213617334 does not work. please I implore you, this is not acceptable. who do I turn to in this regard? The ombudsman?
