I applied for a loan to finish my house renovations via telephone banking on Saturday (14th Dec). Today is Tuesday (17th) no feedback not even a call acknowledging my application. Hellooo... do you guys want business or not? If it's been declined just say so, at least that'll be some form of feedback!!!
