Delivery of Card

My application was approved and my card was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. The courier called me and asked if I had the C.O.P document, I explained that I did not and will contact VMSA to request the said document. I called the contact centre 2 times and they said they will email it to me. Eventually, I gave up because it never came. Last week Saturday, a lady contacted me to re-issue she mentioned that the incorrect email address was captured despite me confirming this with the previous 2 consultants. I have since received the document and had it completed by my spouse, however no one has contacted me regarding the delivery of the card. I once again contacted the contact centre to understand when it will be delivered and the lady said she will put in a delivery notice or something of the sort... I still have not received any communication in this regard. The idea was to have the card for the December period and this seems to be coming to a close very fast.

I need some assistance in delivering this as soon as possible.
