I applied for a credit card online on the 8/4/13 RefFI 1573606 and send all required documentation the same day. On the 10/4/13, I followed up to hear if my application was successful and advise a 48h waiting period since you applied they did not have feedback and I was asked to be patient RefFI1576004 and on the 11th I received a text message that said I was approved and they will contact me within 48 hours to arrange delivery of my card. On the 16th I contacted Nedbank again. (Ref 62398145) because they still did not contact me. I received documentation via email I need to sign, I send it back asap. Again I was advised within 48 hours the courier will contact me for face to face delivery! On the19th I phoned Nedbank again they transferred me from department to department with no assistance, I spoke to a manager who said she will phone me back but never did. I logged a complaint on their web site that same morning Ref FI1584181.I received a call from their complaints department on Tuesday. The gentleman asked if I received any contact or my card. I advised that I have not. He said he will contact me back with feedback the same day. I am still waiting with no card and not a word f
