I am a first time home buyer, my experience with the bond originator was great, Sandra helped me every step of the way. In the pursuit of home loan approval, after other banking institutions declined the app, they placed the application with SAHL successfully. Bearing in mind that Bond originators only benefit financial when approval comes from the banks... that's 'going the extra mile'!!
