After several discussions with the FNB cards division, aand the courier service, I have asked that my debit card gets delivered to my closest FNB branch. This is in Heidelberg, Gauteng. These discussion has taken place almost 2 months ago. Today, out of the blue, I receive a call that my debit card is at the branch in Lephalale!!! IThis was my closest branch more than 4 years ago. The same happened with my credit card which was delivered at my previous address in Lephalale!!! This is not acceptable!! What is the use of confirming the delivery address and branch several times and 6 weeks after it was ordered, it gets delivered at the incorrect branch.
