E Aware of misleading

One year ago I applied for an ebucks card for the simple reason I use about R150, 000 worth of fuel a year and was promised a 15% return on my fuel Purchases. Today after wanting to claim my points I was told there was none, because I have not registered for cell phone banking. I was told only to change my debit card to a gold cheque account and I did. Even the advert board in the bank said nothing about registering for cell phone banking!! Why should I be punished for the clerks incompetencies. This was done on purpose because if it wasn't, a big company like that would have offered you a consolidation to make up for their mistake, After all I told the clerk how much fuel I use a year and that is why I want the card. Shame on you ebucks! You must be so proud on saving that money you would have paid to me over Christmas. Now you can give your incompetent staff more bonus.
