We applied for debt review the first time in 2009 after paying almost 2 years our debt counsellor disapperd. We again applied for debt review at credit matters. We applied in April 2012 as to date there was still no court hearing and the result of credit matters reluctance..our car has been reposesed. The day we they came to take the car we phoned Miriam and told her what is happening, she told us we should let the car go there is noting she can do. We consulted with a lawyer and are taking this case further. We have 3 children how can you expect of us to just let our only means of transportation go, when we have done nothing wrong. All payments is up to date, noting skipped... This is all your doing, and you are going to have to explain a couple of things.we spoke and emailed a lot of diffrent people with no sucess.
