Good day, My name is Luleka Mcunukelwa, I applied for Debt Review with Credit Matters. The process was successful. The first installment of R5, 600.00 was deducted from my account in September. Two days ago i learnt that the installment which was taken last month did'nt go to my creditors, and I also learnt two days ago that even the second installment will not go to my creditors. My problem with all this is that i was never told of such a thing, i never signed for such a thing, if i had known that an amount of R11, 200.00 will not be going to my creditors i would never have signed up for this debt review. Now today (24 October 2013), i will be sending a cancellation letter to Credit Matters as i want out of their debt review, the reason for my email to you is that I need you to help me recover my R5, 600.00 which was deducted last month by Credit Matters.
