Withdrew from debt review

Good Day
I am listed with the Credit Bureau on debt review. I was told that within 30 working days' it will be removed from the Credit Bureau. I there appeal to you to send me a clearance certificate. I was listed for debt review on 04/06/2009. I tried many times to clear my name with Credit Matters. After contacting NCR, I was advised that I should speak to credit matters to remove the listing under my name. I have been trying for credit matters to remove me from debt review for the past 3 years, calling their call center line: 086 111 6197 is a waste I have not received any acknowledgement of their receipt of my cancellation.
