My car has been smashed on the 3rd of Dec. I have been speaking to this company from last week to get an assessor to have a look at my car. I sent all quotes and paperwork from my side. every time I call for a manager by the name of Adeel, he is always busy or in a meeting. today I called and spoke to lebone molesi who tells me that an assessor will be appointed in 7 working days, I asked if it takes 7 days to look at my file. when I spoke to bule on Friday he said an assessor will be appointed today. I explained I cannot wait to so long for my car to be repaired as I don't have an alternate means of travelling to work. there was no sense of urgency or empathy from lebone at all. he was arrogant and unhelpful. WHAT IS THE INSURED PARTY PAYING FOR???
