ON 19th OF MARCH WE HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM FOR AN ACCIDENT. THEY ONLY GOT BACK TO US ON THE 26TH STATING THAT AN ASSESSOR WILL BE APPOINTED - I HAVE CONTACTED THEM TODAY AGAIN VIA EMAIL AS WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY AN ASSESSOR, IN THE EMAIL I HAVE ASKED FOR A CONTACT NUMBER, THE MAIL WAS READ AND IGNORED.
IS THIS HOW A COMPANY WORK? 7 DAYS TO GET THE PAPERWORK FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER? AND IGNORING THE PEOPLE?
