On Thursday 05/09/2013 our house was broken into. I lodge a claim and was given a claim number and told that it would take 4 working days to finalize.
On Friday I called in again and was told that an assessor was appointed and that she will be in contact.
when we contacted the assessor she informed us that she can only see us a week later (Next Tuesday) as she is too busy. I requested a new assessor but no one cares and said i will have to be patient.
I am being treated like a criminal by my insurance company and they are punishing me for claiming!!!
we pay our premiums and we have been claim free for over 7 years and this is now the first claim and we are being Victimised further.
NO ONE SHOULD INSURE WITH THESE CALLED OUTSURANCE WHERE YOU NEVER GET ANYTHING OUT BUT BAD SERVICE!!!
I called to cancel my Personal and Life policies and still no one has cancelled it rather I was given Hollow and Empty promices
If you take premium this month I will sue you!!! You are lying, cheating, thieving
