No assistance from ABSA after several calls

I have called ABSA call-centers to explain my problem, I get sms's telling me my ABSA card is overdue and should be paid, to go pay my debt and to Swipe my card to stand a chance to win R2000. I called the call center and they have verified the sms's are coming from them but... they keep on asking me for the account number on which the phone number is used (Duh!!! how would I know) and then ask me for my ID number just to tell me I don't have an account with them (Are you freaking serious!!!)

No attempt to remove my number from their system as been made. I have dialed various numbers met by the same questions and answers which is utterly USELESS AND PATHETIC! No wonder I don't bank with them.

I want my cellphone number removed from whatever account that is using it. I don't have an ABSA credit card, and don't owe you anything! It seems that I will never get helped as even my attempts to speak to a manager have been met with my call being dropped. Incompetent is all I can say I...
