On 7th I called to apply for a extended bond for a loan amount of R30000. I was told that a consultant will call me. I was called by Masanabo Vulindlela on the 9th and emailed the forms to be filled. On the 10th I send all the document to [Email Removed] This morning I spoke to Brenda from the call centre just advise me that my application was not captured by the first consultated (Vulindlela), I was suprised
