Six months agoi amounts of between R1000 en R3000 was started being dudted from my check account.
On inquireing it came to light that a Credit Card my ex and I had 17 years ago!!! had never been paid, due to settlement agreements that had not been honoured.
Now after all this time, having had no contact, reminders or arrangements, they statt deducting thousands of rands each month, that I as single person had obviously not budgeted on.
I have tried to make contact with their Legal Dept by telephone an e-mail, never receiving an answer.
Only person I could get hold of was a very rude Mr Louw at Groenewald Attorneys with wcich I had no agreement or arrangement!!!
I will also refer this matter to the Banking Ombudsman as well as the NCR tomorrow!!!
