Good day - below is a chain of unanswered emails (countless phone calls to the call centre excluded) which portrays the arrogance of ADT in my experience. Your attitude and I am not willing to be your customer anymore.

I rest my case - I am totally cheesed off with the lack of service I receive from you. If my detail are not sorted out by Friday 20 December 2013 you can come and remove your equipment from my house as well as my business. You will also not get paid for December 2013.
