The only reason I opened a Capitec account was in order to use it whenever I travelled overseas. I am currently in Vietnam and it refuses to work. Luckily I have another bank card with me but I am incurring massive bank charges for using it here. I have already incurred over R500 in bank charges.
This is unnacceptable.
In addition, I have emailed the customer care centre twice and I still have not received a response. I am really getting quite upset - please could Capitec fix the problem and let me know as soon as possible? My cellphone does not operate here so it will have to be via email.
