I've been with Capitec Bank for over 2 years now and I've been very happy with their pricing and service overall after being ripped off for years with the bank charges from all the other banks.
In my time with them, I've only had 2 real incidents so far, both times my bank card had probably been cloned allowing unauthorised withdrawals from my account totaling over R6000, and much to my delight both times Capitecs Investigation was concluded in less than a week and I was refunded in full.
Excellent work Capitec! I only hope you start Credit Cards and Cheque accounts soon
